Lady Gaga was sued earlier this week by her ex-boyfriend named Rob Fusari for $30 million.
Fusari alleges that he discovered the star and even gave her the stage name. In addition to discovering Lady Gaga, he also claims to have provided her with services for which he should have been compensated.
Team Lady Gaga states that the lawsuit is, “structured in such a way as to mask its true purpose – to provide to the defendants unlawful compensation for their services as unlicensed employment agents.”
Last week the debut of her ‘Telephone’ video (featuring Beyonce) was falsely reported as being banned from MTV. Now an international movement is underway to censor Lady Gaga because of the edgy videos and live performances. There’s talk of implementing some sort of a rating system for concerts to assist parents in making informed decisions about what their children are able to see.
I feel like the parents could easily watch footage of her concerts online, or read a few concert reviews. From that, they could easily anticipate what to expect from a live performance from LadyGaga.
