New Study: Women More at Risk for Stroke
Women between the ages of 45 to 54 are now three times more likely than men in that same age group to report having a stroke. Abdominal obesity is said to put women at increased risk for stroke and other diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. While 62% of women suffer from abdominal obesity, only 50% of men do.
